Here's the deal -- the single-night rooms in the front are pretty decent. Small, yes, but the bed was comfortable and the TV was big, so it was no big deal. I was there to sleep. But do *not* do the weekly rooms in the back -- they're overly expensive and really run-down, with noisy neighbors both inside and outside their rooms.
I had a delay caused by Greyhound and had to find a place to spend the night. Every chain hotel/motel was booked solid. I saw the Sleepy Inn Motel and gave it a shot. The room was about the size of a medium sized walk in closet. Cigarette holes burned in the bedspread. A strange smell was also in the room. I saw police activity twice during the 8 hours I stayed there. Please take my advice and stay away from this property. I gave it a two star rating as the desk clerk was very nice.
