I stayed while some repairs being done at home. I have to say from the moment I checked in all the staff were very pleasant. I was informed of the breakfast hours and the Covid related changes, such as housekeeping would be on a 24 hour notice and not to be in the room while being cleaned. I had mail forwarded and was always notified when something arrived. The entire staff from security, housekeeping and front desk staff always make you feel at home. Brock and Lorianne as well as the rest of the staff make your stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking your stay here
Today Home is not the place you can be often due to what we must do for our family's. I found second home here and enjoy every time to stay and get business done. First floor has 2 computers, I can get a lot done, most of the times it feels like a big office. People are great, every person I meet here. My overall feeling is excellent place!
They don’t tell you that you have to schedule housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Sure, I get that it’s a corporate mandate but how about mentioning it when I’m checking in. Or how about putting it on their website at least. Oh I know, the less housekeeping the more money they make! Ding Ding Ding! So if you like taking out trash, making beds, using wet towels, and rationing 1.2 rolls of toilet paper, then this hotel is for you!
Nice new hotel, i was concerned with the area once i arrived but i saw security so i felt very safe. The hotel looked clean and welcoming. All the staff i encounter including security was very nice and friendly. At check out Cody helped me he was great, very engaging and bubbly. He really delivered True Hospitality. The AGM checked me in she was also wonderful (sorry i forgot her name). Only one problem i encounter was the outlets on headboard did not work. Otherwise great hotel and great staff.
Only a few months new, this is a great IHG property just off of E Tropicana Avenue in between Las Vegas Blvd. and Koval Lane (the Tropicana hotel is just down the street and the MGM Grand complex is just across the street on the north side). The room is very spacious with good lighting and comfortable bedding; the bathroom contains a large walk-in shower; large flat-screen TV with swivel base and excellent free WiFi for internet. There is a decent fitness room that is currently sign-up access due to the pandemic, but contains treadmills, ellipticals, rower, biker, free weights, and exercise balls. The free breakfast is also pandemic-limited, but also decent with selections like make-yourself oatmeal, blueberry mini-muffins, fruit, coffee, etc. Plenty of free parking. Also in walking distance to the Top Golf fun center. Highly recommend.…
