In our room we had tv, satellite cable, ironing board and iron and that's all I can remember. The cleaner let us view a suite in case we wanted one the next time we came and that had a self contained bar and hot tub in room!

I don't know the answer to the question, however I would reach out to the Monte Carlo directly. They have always been really good to deal with when I've had questions.

Yes, unless you are a Nevada resident, you will pay for parking these days at most casino on the strip. Suggest you check each casino's policy / charge for such at their Web site (s) - it is usually not much per day.
