How far is this hotel from the hilton midtown location

The hotel is just behind the Hilton. It is in walking distance it takes about 5 minutes to walk.
Although this management did address one issue there are still several issues that need to be addressed at this hotel before we would ever return there. These concerns are better lighting, clearer signage and much needed updating in all their guest rooms.

I have 2 questions: Since this is a pet friendly hotel, do you tend to use the same rooms for people with pets? My concern is getting a room where there had been cats. Since my family have severe cat allergies, can I request a room where there hasn't been any animals?
#2: Two other family members will be booking rooms at this hotel. If you know in advance, will it be possible to get our rooms near each other?

We put our rooms through a rigorous clean after they have been occupied by a pet. We steam clean the carpets, furniture, drapes and we change all of the filters after a pet has occupied a room. We are unable to guarantee that a room has never been occupied by a pet this is why we do everything we can to ensure that the next guest does not have to experience the previous pet.
If you want to call the hotel we put a note in for your reservation to try and block as near your family as possible. During peak nights sometimes it may be difficult to get rooms next door but we can do everything we can to get them close.
