Hello. We were looking forward to staying here (we have a reservation), but then I saw the latest reviews, and now I'm worried. There are no recent positive reviews. The good reviews are several months old. Also, the photos worry me (although the professional photos look lovely, I've learned not to trust those). The guest photos tell a very different story and show a different-looking room from the professional photos. So what will our double-bed room really look like? Also, what will the bathroom look like, and specifically, the tile in the shower?

The rooms were all renovated last year with new carpet, paint, window treatments, furniture and lighting. I can assure you that the professional pictures are an accurate representation of our hotel. Being an older building, the most common complaint about our bathrooms is that they are smaller than those built in hotels currently. The tile mentioned in the picture was from one of our accessible rooms, and is not in any other room. And, that room tile has been replaced since the picture was taken. I can understand your question about reviews, but it is the nature of reviews that negative reviewers are more likely to post their experiences and opinions. Since completion of our renovation, our guest service scores are up over 20% year over year. We should solicit more reviews to insure the good outweigh the bad reviews, so thank you for bringing this to my attention.
