Hotel had everything I needed--location, full kitchen, breakfast, great staff, and interesting history. Personal staff who know the area and give advice on where to go --good restaurants, and what is going on on the island--very enjoyable stay!

Are there cribs or pack and plays for guests to use during their stay?
I have never commented on the "reviews" of guests, however JA Morris is not telling the truth. The Auld Holland Inn has NEVER served bagels, ever. The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, a massive verity of cereals, several different pastries, protein bars three different juices, coffee, tea and hot coco. The rooms are clean and neat and the beds are brand new, moved in to the hotel in April. I have no issues when someone states a problem with something that is accurate, but when it is a bold faced lie, I will confront that lie.

The individual that put this comment in about the bagels for breakfast is incorrect. The carpets are cleaned by a professional often. The beds, for the most part, are brand new. Never have we had bagels in our hotel. As far as the fruit is concerned, we try to have different fruits but will not purchase something that is not quality. This guest was fully refunded without hesitation. It takes 7-10 business days for the bank (guests bank) to pick up the transaction and place it back into the account. The hotel is recommended by Triple A, which does annual inspections of all of the hotels in their books. These inspections are blind, meaning they come without warning and see what they want to see. We don't just "pick a room". If they find that a hotel is as bad as this individual says, it would be removed from the list. We are currently in their book. We try to make the experience with us as smooth as possible, but, as with anything, stuff happens. Our staff has been highly recommended by almost everyone that comes into contact with us. I am sorry that guest had a bad experience with our hotel, but I am proud of our staff and proud of how we attempt to make a wrong not so wrong.
