2019年1月に行きました。 フローレス島にあるホテルで、フロントでUSDからケツァールへの両替ができます。手持ちのケツァールがなくて、宿泊したホテルで両替できる場所を尋ねるとこのホテルを教えてくれました。両替レートも良くてグアテマラで両替した中でもいい方でした。
湖に面していて、イザベル島が正面に見える最高の場所だと思う。 部屋もきれいで、エアコン、ファンもある。 部屋に関して1点難を言えば、シャワーの排水が悪い。 WiFiも使えるが、時々、ネットワークのレスポンスが低下する。 Tikalへ日の出を見に行くのに早朝3時に出発しなければならなかったが、ロビーにシリアルとトーストパンが用意されていたので、助かった。 英語が話せないスタッフもいるが、皆親切である。 部屋から見る湖の...
2019年1月の元旦に1泊しました。 前日宿泊した他のホテルの予約がとれなかったので、同じフローレス島のこちらのホテルに移動しました。部屋は前日泊まったホテル・イスラ・デ・フローレスの方が良かったですが、プールや部屋の前の椅子でくつろげるところ、ペテン・イツァ湖の眺めなどはこちらのホテルの方が上でした。料金は大体同じぐらいです。 早朝のバスでホンジュラスのコパン・ルイナスに移動だったので、朝食をお弁当にしてもらいサンドイッチ...
ティカル国立公園への拠点として滞在しました。 コロニアルなかわいらしい造りの小さなホテルで、フロントの女性たち、朝食のウエイター、ポーター、みな親切でとてもかんじが良くて良い印象を持ちました。 部屋はエアコンもちゃんときいたし、清潔でこの値段でなら全く問題ないと思います。 廊下から湖が見えて眺めが最高！ いすに座ってビールを飲みながら夕日が沈むのを見ると、旅っていいな、と感慨がこみ上げてきます。

グアテマラシティからフローレスに着いた際のバス会社の社員が紹介してくれました。ラグーンが見渡せるツインの部屋で300ケツァルでした。視界は狭いですがラグーンは見えるし、バスタブあり、クーラーあり、ファンあり、テレビありでこの値段はとてもお得です。4階に泊まりましたが見持つは運んでくれるしスタッフの対応は気持ちいいし、満足です。ただ、一階のレストランはあまりお勧めしません。
i like the room is located in front of the lake with a very nice view is also clean and decorated with natural stones that give you a feeling of tranquility. nice! birds awake you in the morning nice!
Hello, As we wanted to see a bit more of Northern Guatemala (ie: the main tourist route is Flores-Tikal-Flores) and thats it, we believed that there was more to see of Peten. And how that was true! Orignally we planned to stay for one night but after experiencing Villa Benjamin for 1 night, we knew that we didnt want to leave in a hurry! Theres so much to do. A highlight was travelling into the forest (Reserva Biosfera de Maya) and visiting the projects of the Asociacion Forestal Integral de San Andres Peten AFISAP, with which Villa Benjamin has a unique partnership with them. An experience that made us genuinely reflect where i was! On the relaxing side of affairs, well, just wait until you look out over the lake. They promote themselves as having the best view in all of the lake region, and we all agreed! The beach is a matter of walking a set of stairs! and you will mistake yourself for being on the Caribbean coast! The food was sensational everytime and better priced than in Flores. And the cocktails were always a treat! All in all, we loved Villa Benjamin and we are recommending it to everyone that we know or meet in Guatemala and Central America, and we hope to return soon!…
Das Hotel Villa Benjamin wird von einer netten guatemaltekisch-deutschen Familie betrieben und besticht vorallem durch seine spektakuläre Lage direkt am See. Es gibt drei große Zimmer und einen riesigen Garten der sich am Hang bis fast zum See hinunter erstreckt. Ideal für Guatemalareisende die ein paar ruhige Tage am See verbringen und Tikal und die Orte um den See erkunden wollen. Wir fühlten uns eine Woche lang wie zu Hause und durften auch die Küche und die Waschmaschine benutzen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert und vorallem weitab vom Trubel und Touristennepp in Flores.
