Hotel is in sore need of an update. It feels old. Fitness center was very limited and 1 treadmill did not work. Staff was friendly. Conference staff and rooms were good. Corridors and elevators needed cleaning.
One minor issue addressed immediately, professionally, and courteously. The room had an odd smell and the front desk staff put me into another room and brought the key to me and waited while I checked out the new room.
My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was cordial and professional and answered all of my questions. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom is important to me and met my expectations. The decor was calming effect.
I was very pleased with my room. While I experienced some disappointment with my food in the restaurant because of allergies, the staff made suggestions that I could eat. They were very attentive and pleasant.

yes, all of our guest rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator.
I am staying at this facility for 4 days next week and would like to know how close the full fitness facility is that is mentioned on your website, a schedule of classes and the cost.
