Hotel Kalina is located after you enter Koprivshtitsa on the left and it is just next to the river and Liuben Karavelov house museum. It is designed in typical architecture of the 19th century. There is also a very big and beautiful garden. Plan next time to stay at this hotel.
Снял комнату на два дня и не расстроился. Отель содержит семейная пара, по-этому весь сервис предельно доступен. Номера маленькие, но оформлены в стиле Болгарского возрождения. Отель расположен на главной площади- доступ ко всем музеям легкий. Один из основных музеев-прямо в соседнем доме. Ванная комната бедновата, но все работает и соответствует умеренной цене. Комнаты чистые, все работает. Завтрак слишком простой, но свежий и теплый- хозяйка подготовит к заранее оговоренному времени. Если вернусь в этот милейший городок-другие варианты размещения искать не буду!
every room is designed in a different style with different wall colours and furniture. it is a basic accommodation, good value for little money. The hotel has also a great garden, where you can have breakfast. It is at the "entrance" of the village and has sufficient parking spaces. When I stayed there, there was a party (don't know if it was private or a bar) close by which lasted like 6 in the morning and woke me up several times.
A very worm and friendly place. We arrived there in the middle of the Christmas night 2007. We rang their door bell, and they opened up and welcomed us to a very cozy and warm place. All rooms were wooden all around and well decorated, very clean, and decent in size. The bathrooms, too were large and clean. The minibars were well stocked, although we did not get a chance to use them. The breakfast, althought plain and simple, was warm and hand prepared, and felt "homely". It was a pitty they spoke so little English, but i'll give them the benefit of the doubt as maybe some of their staff was gone for Christmas. The setting of the hotel at the end of a courtyard provided for an idyllic setting, and intensified the rural atmosphere. An excellent value for its money, and one of the best places to stay in rural Bulgaria.…
Das Hotel Kalina ist eine einfache und saubere Pension. Alle Zimmer haben unseres Wissens Dusche/WC im Zimmer. Elenka und Vaska kümmern sich hervorragend um die wenigen Gäste. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet - eine gepflegte Oase im pitoresken Städtchen Koprivshtiza.
