I had booked a week here what a shock I got . You are supposed to pay at property made to pay before so you don't see filth, rubbish, bodily excretion, stains, squalid kitchen. Rubbish and dust, bugs on all surfaces . Took my money and refused a refund . Booking .com have done nothing to help. AVOID . They have many properties and the reviews are all similar .
I found this apartment on booking.com and it looked really nice. What a surprise when we got there and were faced with a dirty alleyway with overflowing bins and flies everywhere. The front door looked like it had been kicked in and fixed. This did not make me feel any easier with my teenage daughter being there. The apartment is very spacious and could be lovely if it wasn’t so dirty. I don’t know when it was last cleaned but the carpets, sofa and bedding was dirty. The kitchen tiles looked like they’d been cleaned with a dirty cloth and the oven was filthy. So disappointing. I don’t think the owners had heard of Covid , we had to buy detail wipes and clean everything. Needless to say we didn’t eat in there and left first thing the next day.
