My husband and I are planning to come to Four Seasons Kuda Hurra but just wanted to ask about the price range of the water activities and sea trips. If anyone can help us with that we would appreciate it very much! thank you!

I went to swim with the sharks boat trip. It was 80 dollars. It's the Maldives and it's the 4 Seasons so everything is going to cost more. Be prepared to spend money.
can you give input on Four Seasons Kuda Harra vs Four Seasons Landaa Giravuaa? We are going as a couple, for a birthday trip. Any input is greatly appreciated! Also, any comments on sunrise vs sunset room or rooms to request?
Thanks so much!

Thank you very much for your question and your interest in the Four Seasons Maldives. Kuda Huraa is located 25 minutes by speed boat from Male while Landaa Giraavaru is a 35 minute sea plane ride from Male. KH is a smaller island that has a more intimate feel, while the motif is one that preserves a traditional feel. LG is larger and more expansive island and has a more contemporary design. Both islands welcome couples and families.
As for the orientation of the rooms, sunset and sunrise preferences are almost the same. Sunset may hold a very slight edge as there is something very special about experiencing the sunset from ones room while the Sunrise rooms tends to have a slightly "more gentle" sun exposure.
Are all the water bungalows renovated now, or just the sunrise/sunset water bungalows? We stayed in the one-bedroom over water suite last year (loved it) and are trying to decide between that and the renovated standard over water bungalows. Are there plans to renovate the one bedroom suite?
Also, which side- sunrise or sunset, has more shade during the day? I am very sensitive to sun so prefer some shaded areas throughout the day.

If you want shade I'd stay in a beach villa or bungalow and go on the sunrise side. I much prefer the villas as you have direct beach access, they are more private and secluded and have loads of shade around your pool.
