TA was doing well enough when ad-focused (and when it was improving the site for users/vendors). But its bald-faced huckstering of its current "book with us" paradigm is misleadingly obfuscatory, victimising of customers and service providers, and lacking any semblance of proper customer support. >Should you (1) invest in TA? (2) book anything via TA? (3) create/use a TA account? A personal suggestion: "Just say no" until TA starts delivering an acceptable customer experience.
