今回泊まったホテルからほど近いロ頃にありました。セーヌ通りからブシ通りに曲がりサンジェルマン大通りにほど近いところにそのお店はあります。
今回はハムのピザ、サラダ、お勧めのパイ包みのパスタを頼みました。
ピザはおいしく食べました、パスタは味が薄くいまいちでした。

Hello Helena,
Can you please let me know when you came ? This is not at all the normal treatment, and I want to check who was there .Normally we always let clients in earlier for a seat and a drink if they wish, the only issue is if the floor is wet from being cleaned. If it is cold/wet outside staff should always let you in before.
I am really sorry for this and I shall make sure this does not happen again. If you come back to us after this unfortunate treatment, please tell me when you come, and I shall compensate you for this.

I do not know where you normally eat Italian food, but what you have said about the food is just ridiculous. The lasagne was prepared in the kitchen just before the service, and was served to many other clients who adored it. The four cheese ravioli also home made in the restaurant, the same response from other clients who adored it.There was nothing wrong with those dishes at all.
As to the pizzas have a look at what the clients say about our pizza, and what you say is just impossible to believe or understand. The lasagne we took off your bill, despite the fact that you ate all of it, as was the case for the other dishes. Normally if someone does not like a dish they don't finish the dish, which was not at all your case. If you prefer Dominos/Pizza Express to home made Naples style pizza prepared by our Italian pizzaiolo , I think personally you have a taste bud problem (covid?) . We are an award winning Italian restaurant, and are one of the best in Paris, have a look at what Italians say about us, and then compare your comments . Just poles apart .
I shall let patrons judge for themselves if some English diners who prefer Dominos are better judges than all our other guests , including the Italians , thousands of whom have left 5/ 5 reviews on all review platforms.
