How can you avoid that we - your customers - use the walk back to the hotel to discuss that
1 - you do not accept Visa and MasterCard and send me on a trip to the teller machine ...
2 - and at the same time charge EUR 2.5 per seat for a service without which the restaurant would be the laugh of the year. You might as well charge EUR 3.5 per chef in the kitchen who is as vital to my experience as the chair and table.
Above all the meals we had were wonderful and would be subject to both a cheering review during the walk back as well as a five star rating.
