ふいに思い立って、チューリッヒでランチを取ることに。スイス料理『チューリッヒ風子牛肉のクリーム煮』を食べたかったので、このレストランへ行ってみました。店内はそれほど広くありませんが、とても清潔でクラシカルな雰囲気です。スタッフの対応はきちんと教育を受けているのがわかります。お料理も見た目はもちろん、お味もよかったので、また訪問したいと考えています。ただ、このレストランは人気店なので、事前の予約はしたほうがいいです。メニューに日本語表記はありませんが、スタッフは流暢な英語ができるので、問題ありません。

地元でも愛されているというこのレストランで晩ご飯をいただきました。妻は名物のレジュティ、私は魚料理に茹でたじゃがいもの付け合わせ。地元のワインと大変美味しくいただきました。食事は２階のレストランでしたが、食後、かつて地元の方とパーティで訪れた豪華な３階の部屋を、オーナーの説明を伺いつつ、みせてもらいました。次も、また、訪れたいです。

ツンフトハウス・ツーア・ヴァーグは、シャガールの窓で有名なフラウムンスター教会に直接面している中央に位置する。
栗のスープにリンゴという不思議な組み合わせだったようです。でも、とてもフレンドリーで有能な女性スタッフに勧められて、やってみることにしました。とてもおいしいことが分かりました。
メインコースは、チューリッヒ風仔牛肉とウィンナーシュニッツェルのどちらを注文すべきか、最初は迷った。2日ほど前に前者を入手していたので、結局後者を選びました。自分の選択にとても満足しました。料理は間違いなく美味しく、その部分は充実していた。
お腹いっぱいでデザートも食べられなかった。
とてもおいしいディナーです。私の唯一の小さな不満は、レストランの天井がかなり低いので、満席になると騒がしくなることです。

ロスティと一緒の チュルヒャーはここが とても良いチューリッヒで試した中でベスト。
ビッグポーションもおいしいシーバスのセビッシュも注文しました。
レストランには屋外席と屋内席があります。驚くほどとてもきちんとしていて静かな屋内を選びました。
ここの料理は、すぐ近くに安価なオプションがあるので、安くはありません。しかし、料理の品質は価格に見合う価値があり、旅行者に質の高いスイス料理を体験する非常に良い機会を与えると考えています。強くお勧めします。

妻と私は昨夜夕食をとりました（29 .07 .2020）。食べ物は素晴らしく、新鮮でとても美味しかったです。持っていたイブニングメニューの写真を何枚か載せました。

You made an excellent selection: our house special – Sliced veal „Zurich style” – and the legendary Chocolate mousse. The desserts made by our in-house pâtissier are indeed hard to resist.
