My wife and I plan to pass through Baton Rouge in early April on our way from Houston to Orlando. We love trying local cuisines but don't care too much for fanciness. With that in mind, I think Tony's is a good pick, agree? Considering it is "to go" only, I was wondering if there is any pleasant place nearby where we could take our food and eat. Again, absolutely does not need to be fancy. Any place where we could "pull out" our cajun boxes and eat without looking like two weirdos eating on the street. We won't be in a hurry but don't plan to spend too much time around.
Thank you, guys!

If you have some time grab something to eat at Tony's then hit the interstate and go to LSU lakes. Nice place for a picnic.
