a boneless, skinless 8 oz chicken breast, marinated in tandoori spices then smoked. prior to serving, they are warmed on the grill, and served on a sizzling skillet of indian greens. it comes with a side plate of jasmine rice, red dahl (chick peas in a tomato curry), and a grilled naan bread.

Butter Chicken Curry
