I have friend who has caucasian hair and looking for experienced stylist in Tokyo.

She went to few salons in Tokyo but they didn't do good job.

So she like to work with someone who have experience working on caucasian hair .

Please let me know if anyone know good hair dresser in Tokyo.

Btw she want balayage highlight and keratin treatment at the same time .
