スタッフ全員がとても親切で安心できました。
ホテル中が清潔に保たれているし、部屋も広くて快適でした。
スパも綺麗で大満足です。
遠くはないのですが、街から少し離れているのでタクシーがすぐに呼べるともっといいと思いました。

友人が誕生日で部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。ルームサービスでケーキを頼んだら何も言わなくてもケーキにhappy birth dayとメッセージが入っていました。どのスタッフもフレンドリーで楽しい滞在になりました。スパもリラックスできておすすめです。

We pride ourselves on offering warm and delightful service to our guests and are glad to know that you found view from room to be excellent. Your appreciative words have been communicated to Team for whom it’s a great source of motivation.
Our focus is to anticipate your needs & not only meet but exceed them with each area of the Resort including accommodation, restaurant, spa and un-matched activities & services. With additional facilities like swimming pool & extensive fun zone we are determined to take our service standards to next level.
The philosophy of “total guest orientation & satisfaction” has been the guiding force behind the organization’s growth in the last 25 years and we are proud that today Leisure Hotels is the largest hotel chain in Uttarakhand with properties in 15 locations.
