Dear Ms. Ekaterina-1B,
Please accept our gratitude for being stay at La Green Hotel and Residence to be your MINDFUL destination. We are ACTIVE and DEDICATED to providing a sense of place for those seeking a fun and carefree holiday in a sustainably progressive environment.

Thank you for sharing us that the hotel is under construction and it was noise disturbance during the day time which the hotel is expanding our second phase however we tried the level to decrease noise disturbance during the day time and much as we can. Apart from the umbrella which is at the pool and it is closed and open at 11:00am, please be shared that we care for the guest according to safety and security as currently it is monsoon season we have to do day by day keep an eye on and monitor for our guest safety and security.

Apart from this, we are delighted to realize that you impress our Food and Beverage team. I will pass this appreciation to team accordingly.
