ホテルはプールなどの施設は問題ないが、従業員の質は悪い。break first box(bfb)を予約時、前々日、前日の三回頼んだが、前日まで聞いてもらえず、当日朝に受け取ろうとしたところ、用意されていなかった。その際の男性従業員の対応も悪く、謝罪などもなかった。 朝食の卵料理に関しても、オーダーを忘れて順番が前後した。 部屋の清掃もバスローブが滞在中2回用意されておらず、フロントに取り寄せた。
