Dear JoTonyBristol,
Greetings from all of us at Echoresorts and thank you for having posted this nice review detailing some of your experience during your last stay at Bungaraya Island Resort. We are glad that you were able to watch hornbills and turtle. If hornbills are quite common around the villas, it is somehow more hazardous to watch turtle snorkeling. However these days it is also becoming easier and it seems that turtles enjoy our resort waters showing that our efforts to preserve the area from mass tourism and fishermen starts paying.
With regards to food and vegetarian options all our chef are very flexible and trained to customized any guest meal plans. However we took weel note of your remark and our executive chef is now at the final stage of launching a separate vegan menu offering various options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free items. We hope you may experience this new menu during your next stay at Echoresorts.
