Greetings from all of us at Echoresorts.
Thank you very much for having spent some of your valuable time to post such a long and detailed review.
Even if we put all our effort to please each of our guests, as you stayed at Bungaraya Island Resort during a low period, it was quite easy for the whole team to take very special care of your family together with the few other guests in house. Our team members are trained to listen to get to identify our guests likes and dislikes to better customize their stay and we are glad to read that you appreciated the service delivered and specifically that we celebrated your wife birthday as per her expectation. My only regret was not to say good bye since I left on vacation after a few meetings which took all my day. I hope you had a safe trip back to Korea and shall you wish to come back please drop me a message.
