Thank you for the time taken to share your experience of staying with us.

We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed our prime location, conveniently close to the train station and Berlin's iconic attractions, making it easy to soak in the vibrant energy of the city. It's also wonderful to know you found the room amenities satisfactory, including the mini bar, safe, and toiletries, which are part of our commitment to providing a comfortable room experience.
However, we regret to hear about the inconvenience regarding the plug sockets and bedding comfort. For future stays, we would like to mention that our reception is always ready to assist with any such concerns to enhance your comfort.
