First of all, We would like to thank you for finding the time to write this review. It is really important for us to listen to the feedback of our guests in order to improve the quality of our hotel and the services we offer. We are really sorry to hear that you were not impressed by our hotel and that your stay with us was not measured up with your expectations. We will take in consideration your signalizations in order to improve the quality of the hotel and services we offer to our beloved clients. In the meantime, We are really glad to understand that you enjoyed a lot our location and the accessibility it has to the nearby grocery store.
