Dear Guest,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for finding the time to write this review as it is really important for us to listen the to the feedback of our precious Guests. We are really sorry to hear that you were not impressed by our hotel and the services offered and that your stay was not measured up with your expectations. We assure you to have taken good note of the signalizations made as they are really important for us in order to always try and ameliorate our hospitality. Unfortunately, due to the recent sudden changes in the weather and outside temperature, it was difficult to regulate the general temperature of the hotel and reconcile the perceptions of each customer. We have already lowered the overall temperature and we are continuously monitoring the situation in order to fully ensure the well-being of every Guest.

If you ever consider to come back to Florence, we would be more than happy to have the chance to restore your faith in our Starhotels Tuscany and we will surely do all our best to organize a memorable stay for you,
