We will continue to work tirelessly to obtain your approval of five stars, as you know we are a new hotel and as you correctly mention yes we are much smaller than Four Seasons; and a lot of the bigger brands in the city, so we need to ensure that every guest that visits us leaves feeling that we provided a five star service, as four stars is really not good enough at all.
