ホテルのスタッフは、皆さん親切で丁寧でした。チェックアウト後に友人が体調不良になり、少し休める場所はあるか尋ねたところ、快くお部屋を提供して頂けました。
本当にまた利用したいです。

コストパフォーマンスに優れている。街中にあるけど、ホテル内にスパもバーもあるので、喧騒に疲れたらホテルに戻れば良い。部屋からの景観は望めないが、ルーフトップバーやレストランは見晴らしが良く風も気持ち良かった。ベトナムマッサージは力強くてよかった。レストランも味は良く、朝食でお腹がいっぱいになった。フロントスタッフも親切だった。英語も通じる。価格に見合う十分なサービスを受けられます。おすすめします。

サービスがとても丁寧でした。少し、朝食でcoldとhotを間違えるとかもありましたがすぐに対応してくれました。
とても良い宿泊でした。ありがとうございます！

英語が出来ない私たちに親切に説明してくださったり、旅行最終日チェックアウトした後もスーツケースを預かってシャワーを使わせて下さってとても助かりました。ドアマンの青年はGRUBの車が見つからなくて困っている時、道に連れて行ってくれて車を見つけて下さいました。お陰で結婚30年の旅行が心温まる良いものになりました。

ホテルの皆さんはとても親切でした。
Globタクシーを呼んで場所がわからなかった時、その場所まで連れて行ってくれたり、チェックイン後にホテルに戻ってシャワーを使わせてもらったり、英語が苦手な私たちにも親切に対応してくれました。
