Thank you for detailed review of WOW Airport Hotel on Tripadvisor.com.

We are sorry if some aspects did not meet your expectations and you rated our hotel with "three star". We advise all customers to notify us of comments/concerns during their stay so that we can find a solution for you.

Please allow us to inform you our complimentary shuttle service from Ataturk Airport to our hotel runs in front of International Arrivals Gate "B" every half an hour between 6:45 AM - 11.15 AM and between 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM. There is no our shuttle bus stop. You need to raise hand when you see our shuttle bus. From hotel to Airport shuttle is available each half an hour between 6:30 AM - 11.30 AM and between 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. If shuttle hours are not suitable for our Guests we offer to get a taxi, the regular price for a taxi is only 10-15 TL. For shuttle service details our Guests can always E-mail or call us.

It is really pity to hear that you found our staff to be cold. It would be gratifying to know when our staff didn't show you our hospitality. Please share more precious comments on guestrelation@wowhotelsistanbul.com. We will do our best to follow up on it as soon as possible.
