夫の誕生日を祝うためにPhuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beachに滞在しました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったと思える素晴らしい経験ができました。
到着時には部屋をアップグレードしていただき、さらにサプライズで部屋に美しい装飾とプレゼントが用意されていました。この心遣いには感動しましたし、夫も大喜び！
特別な日に相応しい心温まるおもてなしでした。
スタッフの皆さんはとても明るく、どの場面でも「ゲストを大切にしよう」という気持ちが伝わってくる素晴らしい接客をしてくれます。
朝食のビュッフェでは、ドリンクやデザートの注文をテーブルまで聞きに来てくださり、期待以上のサービスを受けられました。
また、マリオットのエリート会員としてのステイタスを感じられる対応も嬉しかったです。プライベートビーチはとても美しく、静かで落ち着いた時間を楽しむことができました。
また必ず訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました！

レストランのレベルが高くおいしいし、ホテル専用のプライベートビーチがありまたプールも広く充実していて最高でした。町中と違いすごく静かなホテルです。リゾートタイプのホテルです。

初めての訪問でしたが、まるで家族のように笑顔で話しかけてくださるホテルスタッフの皆様のおかげで、心から寛ぐことができました。
アニバーサリーで訪れたため、お祝いのプレゼントや部屋のメッセージ、部屋のアップグレードなど大変心温まるおもてなしを頂き心から感謝です。
自身が料理好きだったので、本場のタイ料理のレッスンを希望したところ、たまたま他に申込者がおらず、ホテルの歴史あるタイ料理シェフにマンツーマンで教えて頂くという、サプライズ！
英語が不得手とあらかじめ伝えたところ、スタッフの方が日本語の翻訳を手伝いながら見守って下さり、シェフもとても温かく教えて下さり、言葉の壁に遮られることなく貴重な時間を堪能できたことに感謝します。
普段は家族で申し込まれる方が多いそうですよ。
メニューは曜日で変わり、この日はマッサマンカレー、ビーフのサラダ、バナナとココナッツミルクのデザートでした。
どれも簡単で美味しく、作った料理は家族で頂きました(3人分だそうです)。
終了後はレシピ本とエプロン、そして何と修了書まで頂き驚きました。
レシピ本を元に、カレーペーストを購入したので家でも作ってみようと思います。本場のレシピに触れたい方や、ご家族の思い出作りにぜひおすすめのレッスンです！

とにかく最高でした！部屋はとても清潔です。プールはたくさん種類があって大人でも楽しめます。ホテル内にヨガやヘナタトゥーなど色々なアクティビティがたくさんあり外に出ずとも楽しめます。朝食ブッフェはタイティーやフルーツがありタイを感じられました。朝食のbowさんは日本語が話せてとても優しいです。日本語が話せる人はタイで初めて出会ったのでとても安心感がありました。優しいし可愛いので日本人は是非bowさんを探してみてください。とても良い滞在でした。また行きたいです。

BOWさんのお友達のスタッフさん達（pattyさんら）も、一緒に写真を撮ったりデザートで人気のマンゴーも取ってきてくださったりと、とても良くしてくださり楽しいお食事が頂けました。
