I am very sad to read that you did not improve of your stay, your location, the restaurant prices and other facilities that were available.
I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you suffered while here on holiday at the resort.
The issue re the expensive food is due to the fact that we need to fetch fresh food supply from the main land daily which works out very costly.
