Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I apologize that you feel our new state of the art elevator dispatching system was inefficient. We have found that as guests become more comfortable with the system, the benefits of the new technology are discovered. For example, guests do not have to stop at each floor to drop off and pick up other guests, therefore guiding them to their destination much faster then a standard elevator system.
I am certain that travelers will be seeing more of this type of elevator operating system at other hotels worldwide.
