Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review on TripAdvisor. We had a chance to review your feedback and completely understand your frustrations. We appreciate you sharing your experiences because comments like yours help us understand the issues and for us to take serious action to have it fixed. Your review have been shared with the appropriate team and management. A plan has been discussed and set forth for improvement for these units.

On the positive side, thank you for acknowledging our wonderful staff and our hotel’s great location. We will continue to share the ALOHA Spirits and provide the quality service to all of our guests. We hope one day you return to the OHANA Waikiki Malia by Outrigger. I assure you the improvement will be done before the end of the year.
